Who do I contact for IT help?Please contact our Information Technology Department at extension 1200 (option 4) or fill out a work order online under the "Work Orders" tab. **Please note that problems with certain programs that we use (i.e. Dealer Socket, Outlook, Dealer Daily, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc) may not be able to be solved by our IT Department and you may be duirected to contact support for those specific brands.**

How can I check the status of a submitted work order?When submitting your work order, you should have received an email with the updated status and ticket number. You will periodically get updates sent to your email as your request is being worked on. If not, please contact Operations Management at extension 1200. Select option 4 for IT or option 5 for Maintenance.

How do I requst Maintenance help?You can do so by reaching out to the Maintenance Department at extension 1200 (option 5) or by filling out an Operations Request under the "Work Orders' tab.

How do I change my deductions on my W-4 for taxes?Simply print out a new W-4 form, fill in all required fields, and take it to the human resources office to process with payroll. (W-4 tab)

How do I get verification for my employment ?For outside companies to obtain your employee records and verification, please request verification for employment via email or fax.
