Management Conference Room

Presentation and Meeting Instructions:

  1. Set the virtual meeting room to “Management Conference Room” within Outlook/Webex/Teams, or forward any meeting links to managementcr@conicelli.com.

  2. Verify the PC tower is on (it is located behind the TV).

  3. Turn on the TV.

  4. Ensure that the TV is on the PC HDMI input.

  5. Log into the “Management Conference Room” windows account utilizing the wireless keyboard/mouse:

    1. Username: .\managementcr

    2. Password: CM@1200mcr

  6. Open the Edge browser (this will automatically take you to the Management Conference Room outlook account).

  7. Check on the calendar for your meeting invite then follow any additional instructions on the meeting invite.
